Backup Outlook Express Emails

Open Outlook Express.

1. Then click on Tools (top menu)
2. Options
3. Maintenance
4. Store folder
5. Select the entire line of text in the white space and press CTRL and C to copy; Click cancel and cancel again
6. Now open up My Computer
7. In the top address bar press CTRL and V to paste the line of text you just copied and press ENTER
8. Copy the contents of this folder to DVD to complete your backup

Restoring backups is also easy:

1. Open your mail program
2. File
3. Import
